I guess because I went there later, the food wasn't as fresh and crispy as I usually get at other locations. The two ladies were very friendly and full of smiles. That was a plus. I asked for chunky taters and did get some. However, they were not crispy but somewhat drab.I will say that when it's done correctly, there is no better chicken place in Ontario. The size of the chicken compared to Gross KFC is amazing.Other than a small place in Markham called Krispy Kajun Chicken....read full review

Update Feb 10th 2024. Still the best chicken burger place around :) great staff as wellBest chicken burger in Canada. Easily out does the Popeye's and KFC burgers.Update: I came back today (16th Jan) for my Mary Brown's fix and to try the taters. Omg!! This food is amazing!!!Roshan and staff were super friendly and helpful, though we did have a minor technical issue with using the app to pay (not a biggie).

I tried the Big Mary sandwich and the thai chilli sauce chicken, which was so delicious and it turned out to be my favorite one. The customer service is great and the store atmosphere is great. The food provided is halal too.
