“Open after a concert at history on a Sunday night. My friend and I had quality service. Pizza slice was a great price and delicious. Honestly the best post concert pizza I’ve ever had. The employee even made a pizza for a family at 12am before close because the young boy was upset. Good to see that there is still good people in this world.“

“I’ve been going to Pizza Pizza since I was in Grade 9, and one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back is because of Angela. She’s been working there for years, and she’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming every single time I’ve come in.

From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.

What I appreciate the most is how she remembers people and builds real connections with customers. Over the past four years, she’s recognized me, asked how I’ve been, and always greeted me with a smile. Over the years, Chad has become a friend, and one of our favourite things about coming here is chatting with him. He always makes everyone feel welcome. His family runs the kitchen, and they’re equally wonderful.

The food is consistently amazing. As someone with celiac disease, it means so much to have a place where I feel safe eating without worrying.

We’ve celebrated so many wonderful nights here, including a private birthday party, and every experience has been fantastic.The vibe is perfect, and the music is always great. Anglr is one of our absolute favourite spots in the city, and I highly recommend it to everyone.“

This actually made us excited because it was obvious this place was good! I got two tacos, one carne asada and one beef bulgogi and OMG! Both were absolutely flavorful and fresh! The chips were so crunchy and fresh too! The queso was so creamy and perfectly spicy (beware if you’re sensitive to heat because it has a bite). My mom got the bowl and loved it! The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful! The service was spectacular and the food came out pretty fast considering how busy it was! I highly recommend!“

“Delicious vegan Caribbean food in the heart of Kensington Market. Veggie D'light hits the spot for lunch on a weekend. I had their meal with jerk saitan, veggies and basmati/quinoa. I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

“I’ve been to this location several times now for cakes, macarons, ice cream… and from my experience this one has by far the best service and desserts every time (I’ve also been to the downtown location on Spadina and the one in Richmond Hill), I picked up a small Mont Blanc today I preordered months in advance during a promo for my birthday and the staff working there was very friendly and sweet and I really appreciated the hand-written message card that came with it! 🥹 Cake was of course delicious and a hit with everyone in my family, big thanks for making the drive in today’s snowy weather worth it 🙏❤️“
