Excellent dining experience at George with their 5 course tasting menu. Staff were very attentive (we had booked a private room) and restaurant had a mature and cool atmosphere.Highlights were the beef tartare and sirloin. The tartare had a very unique blend of flavours and textures that really elevated the dish; unlike any tartare I’ve had before. The beef tenderloin was the shining star however. George restaurant was definitely an incredible experience for me. Each dish was very unique and well explained by our waiter. They were also very accomodating to my allergy requests. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try an upscale Canadian tasting menu!
