Really good BBQ in Toronto. As good as I have had in the United States. Very tender pulled pork and ribs were tasty and falling off the bone. Even the fries are delish. Try the pit master for a taste of everything BBQ. Really good attentive professional service. Very good value for money.
Visitors from NYC in town and came across the carbon bar decided to check it out Thursday evening. Enjoyed everything (the smoked brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese) and our waitress who was very wonderful shoutout her. Don’t know her name but waitress with the glasses and dark haired bangs 10/10. She informed us that they discount the wine cost per bottle so and she recommended us the Cannonball which paired nicely with the food. Went tonight with our 3 teen children and everyone loved the food and atmosphere. Our service was amazing. Brogan was attentive and helpful to the kids without pandering. He was super fun to talk bourbon with and Brad was next level. Our boys had the sampler and our daughter had ribs. The best food for sure. Order the corn bread! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great family night!
