“I walk past Nosh and Go every day on my walk from St. Andrew Station to the office in downtown Toronto. It’s right along my route, and after seeing it so many times, I finally decided to try their yogurt out of curiosity.

It was heavenly. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the granola was exactly what I’ve been searching for.

I highly recommend buying their blueberry jam and granola - so you can recreate it at home. It taste like it came straight from a restaurant.

“When we arrived at 7:30, there was a good variety of brekkie foods including mushroom + cheese quiche, sauteed mushrooms, baked beans, and both pork and turkey bacon. The sunny side eggs were perfectly runny.

At $3.19 per 100g, we each had a full breakfast that was hot and freshly cooked for under $8 each. Cut fruit is sold separately. Not many breakfast options in this tourist-heavy area (certainly not under $20 per person), so this was a very pleasant find.“

The moment you walk in, the vibes are just so incredibly bright, positive & overwhelmingly chic.
Architecturally, it is a total Pinterest board come to life. We are talking stunning pastel pink and turquoise accents, gorgeous neon signs that say the cutest things, beautiful light wood textures, and lush green plants everywhere. Every single corner is a perfect photo op & the natural lighting coming through the front windows is to die for. I felt inspired just standing in line!
I ordered their signature pink pitaya smoothie bowl and an iced matcha latte with oat milk & let me tell you - the presentation was absolute perfection. I tried a Freshii bowl for the first time a year ago and have been addicted ever since! A place that’s healthy, nutritious and delicious?! It’s great for hitting my protein goals and fuelling myself before long swims and the gym. A personal recommendation would be the buffalo chicken burrito with tofu subbed out from chicken (I also do no ranch yogurt sauce because I don’t like ranch). The employes are always super nice and I love the different healthy foods on the walls!

The noodle bowls are packed with large portion of heathy and tasty vegetables and meat (for the ones with meat). I always save some of the bone soups and drink it by itself (without putting it into the noodle bowl), sooooo tasty by itself also, not like other bone broth I’ve tried from other places which all taste very blend. I have been a customer of Andrea's (owner) for years and there is no one more knowledgeable at her craft, than Andrea , in my opinion.

Andrea and her amazing team, consisting of Beth and Fiona, are advocates for ensuring you receive top quality herbal remedies care, they have it covered with top notch service. They are always available for excellent advice.

They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and service is par excellence. I highly recommend and personally I would never consider shopping any other health store. Why bother when I have the absolute best. If I could give Andrea and her team 10 stars, rest assured I would do so. They more than deserve same.“
