“Dr Goldfield is a genius. We both stayed in the Amazon jungle together for 7 nights and we had nothing but the clothes on our backs. He took on tarantulas, scorpions and snakes.we were at desperation until he swam butt naked 17 miles up the Amazon river to get help. Absolute genius“

“I’ve walked by here for months, and eventually tried the PB&J yogurt cup. I couldn’t resist after that and now I am a regular. I learned who Mona is …..she is the owner! and every tip I’ve given is actually hers.

She has recommended a famous and popular maple cup, and has so many fresh options and substitutes. It is very much worth the price to eat something fresh, locally sourced and made, right in the morning to start my day. And of course, I get to support Mona!

I've tried most of their bowls and salads and they're all pretty tasty, but I always find that the dressing is way too little and the proteins are not super generous. I'm not thrilled that I'd have to pay an extra .95 to have enough dressing (it's bite after bite of dry salad mix because I leave the dressed leaves for last).
Please consider adding a tiny extra squirt to the 'regular' amount of dressing please“

BEST for smoothies and soups, however a very limited salad selection (they only have kale Caesar in winter).

Clean and bright atmosphere, best to dine in for sure! Portions a bit bigger for dining in, too.

Not only did we get an Angel juicer last fall for our office and get very helpful service, but Norm, one of the owners, spoke to us several times last week to help us out with our old Omega juicer that we are donating to someone, and helped me try to get parts for another juicer that we didn't buy there! I have been a customer of Andrea's (owner) for years and there is no one more knowledgeable at her craft, than Andrea , in my opinion.

“I’ve been to IQ before and have always found it to be a clean, well-maintained spot with a good overall vibe.

On a recent visit, I had a bit of an issue with my order — I got a bowl with avocado, and the portion was quite small and didn’t taste very fresh. It seemed a little off, which was disappointing. However, I reached out to them about it, and their customer service was great. They responded quickly and offered to make it right, which I really appreciated.

I went back and tried the salmon bowl, and it was honestly really good. The salmon was fresh and flavorful, and the carrot ginger lime dressing stood out — super tasty and well-balanced. The bowl also came with a generous amount of fresh veggies, which made it feel like a solid, healthy meal.
