“I go to the peanut mill frequently, mostly I buy what they call Fibrelicous bread, it's low in carbs, it has one carb per slice. Only thing is it's $12 a loaf. But my daughter is getting married in June and have to walk her down the isle, and my diets are up and down Like a yo-yo. I lost 90lbs and gained all but 20lbs back. Not good for my health, so wish me luck. Also they have a variety of healthy foods.“
