I gotta say I usually don't find izakayas that memorable/overpriced. I saw Yuugi Izakaya on ubereats late at night and it was rated really well so I gave it a go. The sushis were way above my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed trying all the sushis on the menu. Personally, I'd reorder the scallop and red tuna. If you want something with a more unique taste, definitely the Yuugi sushi. On a side note, the sushi rice's sweetness and texture compliments really well with the fish/wagyu....read full review
We drove all the way from Stouffville and it did not disappoint. Clean restaurant, great vibe, delicious food and most importantly amazing customer service. We came in a big group and we had a couple of pregnant ladies. The restaurant accommodated to our needs and dietary restriction. They cooked the food extra thorough for the pregnant ladies so they can enjoy the food as well. They were super friendly. I highly recommend this place!!

One of me and my bf’s default date night spots since we live nearby. I recommend the Yuugi Sushi, Udon Peperoncino, Karaage, Tebasaki, and Grilled Oysters. Sesame salmon, their miso soup, and the edamame is good too. My fave cocktail is the Ginza Blue.I wouldn’t recommend the ramen poutine or the mackerel fried rice. Otherwise, good food and great experience!
