First time here, met with a friend for some drinks. We sat at the bar and I’m giving 5 stars for the bartender, she was very attentive and pleasant even though it was super packed on a Friday night. I didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde multi coloured hair, funky gothic/comicon style make up and tattoos.
Popped into Pinkerton’s for a late night meal and it hit the mark. Service was very prompt and friendly, food came out quickly, and the chef even came to say hello/drop off my takeout. Loved the ahi tuna tostadas and king pal cauliflower. Portions were bigger than I expected, balanced and seasoned perfectly. The duck confit bao buns were very tasty as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing service and food! We had kimchi fries and the mushroom dumplings as aptizers, and baos as our mains, the bao is super light and very flavorful. The Pisco Sour was the cherry at our night, delicious!
