Amazing service and food! We had kimchi fries and the mushroom dumplings as aptizers, and baos as our mains, the bao is super light and very flavorful. The Pisco Sour was the cherry at our night, delicious!

First time here, met with a friend for some drinks. We sat at the bar and I’m giving 5 stars for the bartender, she was very attentive and pleasant even though it was super packed on a Friday night. I didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde multi coloured hair, funky gothic/comicon style make up and tattoos.

Popped into Pinkerton’s for a late night meal and it hit the mark. Service was very prompt and friendly, food came out quickly, and the chef even came to say hello/drop off my takeout. Loved the ahi tuna tostadas and king pal cauliflower. Portions were bigger than I expected, balanced and seasoned perfectly. The duck confit bao buns were very tasty as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Another gem in the east end !! No need to look far East Enders!! We had such a fun time sitting at the bar. Nolan and the other bartender (sorry I forgot your name new guy lol) were very friendly and treated us well with great cocktails and the tastiest snacks. We all ordered our own bao buns and then shared the tartare, spicy beans and cauliflower. Make sure you save some room for the warm brownie for dessert!!

Service was exceptional. I knew, as soon as I heard Linkin Park I was in the right spot. They play plenty of great music but once the pop punk hits, the sublime cocktails, atmosphere and staff made it all come to a perfect crescendo. Keep it up guys!
