Laissez Faire is a beautiful, cozy restaurant with delicious food and a very friendly, welcoming staff. Customers can enjoy 1/2 price appetizers and $1/ounce wine from 5-7pm every day. The pasta dishes and cocktails are beyond delicious, and the bartender Fitzy is known for being quick, caring, and an excellent bartender. The chicken and waffles with gravy, as well as the pancakes with strawberry compote, are highly recommended. The restaurant also plans to open a rooftop patio for the summer, making it the perfect spot for a fun and tasty experience.
