“My only complaint was when we arrived it said we were in suite 2 but we arrived and were put into suite 4 which was not operating properly. I asked why we were moved from suite 2 and was told that it was because the gentleman that were on suite 4 originally were part of a league and play there all the time so because they were members they were moved to suite 2 that was working properly. My response was well that doesn’t look good for me wanting to be a repeat customer if that’s how I’m treated. However it wasn’t my first time being there either.I was told I should have been contacted prior to getting there that the system wasn’t working properly. We chose to stay at a discounted rate and fortunately for us the unit started working properly.I know a pointless review in the end however I didn’t appreciate being told that members had the upper hand in a situation like this and why was I told I could play on a broken unit when they could have done the same.In the end our server was great and we had a great time.“
“After a mishap with a DoorDash order, they drove out of their way to deliver the correct order on top of the original DoorDash mishap from the store themselves. “What a great experience tonight at B'spoke. The atmosphere is quaint with perfect lighting and nice decor, the servers were super nice and attentive while giving the air of modern and cool! Then the food omg...we had the whipped feta app: the garlic bread was so fresh and the feta with pomegranates was to die for. Good serving size to share. I had the bison sliders, toasted buttered brioche buns and good quality meat, each with its own unique flavours so delicious. I was stuffed. Friends had the Perogies and bowls and everyone was so happy with the quality, uniqueness and quantity. All for excellent prices. I had the red sangria and it was so tasty with beautiful presentation. Go go go! I am going back this weekend!“

They don't seem to be consistent with their prices when it comes to making modifications due to dietary restrictions. They can get a little bit pricey. “I threw a birthday party here in their back room recently. From initially reaching out, to setting up, service, food, drinks, and value, this place was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for us, made us feel welcome, food was hot and delicious, drinks were inexpensive. Staff is very friendly. Everyone who attended had a really wonderful time. Laid back. Fun live music. I'll be going back for sure and hopefully hosting parties here in the future!“

I booked to celebrate an intimate event for four and we were put into a corner with a folding barrier…the entire reason for reserving was to ensure the atmosphere was appropriate and what we got was a substitute last minute idea to “accommodate “ us while a very large and LOUD group gathered and basically ruined our conversation and overall experience! The server was excellent! The food was great but what we were assured and what we experienced were completely different Nice touch bringing preseco to the table but overall disappointing“
