“I loved this pub so much I got married here! We had a small ceremony (20 people) on the dreamy back patio and a medium reception (55 people) on the upper floors. Steve and his staff were a dream to work with. I won't get into all the details but it was like working with a proper wedding planning team with the benefit (and cost!) of a casual, cozy pub wedding. Everyone raved about the food and the staff.“

“This is probably the only place in the village that isn't posh and nearly perfect it is a bit more dated and worn. Service was a tad bit slow, especially for a place that wasn't that busy. And the drinks were "MEH" at best. For example I ordered a Reposado tequila on the rocks. Was told they don't have any, while starring several bottles of it eventually got some and came on one tiny ice cube, my friends ordered a gin and tonic, again only 1 small ice cube. Not sure if they were running out or just don't use ice. The red wine tasted like it had been sitting for a while and just was about to turn . They did have live music which was nice, and overall it is a fun atmosphere. As long as you don't expect too much or the same experience like the rest of the village you'll be fine“

“The venue had a $12 entry free on Saturday night to enter which is a shame they could have advertised this on the exterior but is not bad value. There is a cloakroom which charges $2 to use but there are coat hooks around the venue. The drinks were priced on the more expensive side but the atmosphere in here was great as this venue turns into more of a nightclub late at night. I would likely visit here again“

“I recently celebrated my birthday at Dublin Calling, and I must say it was a great experience! The staff, especially Sabbi, were super cool and made sure everything was set up just right. They even asked if we had any special song requests in mind for the birthday song. The vibe was totally laid-back and fun, which made it the perfect spot for my crew to hang out and celebrate. It's not easy finding a place in Toronto that can handle a big group like ours (we were over 20!), but Dublin Calling nailed it.“
