Came here for lunch on a Thursday and we didn't have to wait for a table of 3. I ordered the steak sandwich with fries and it was really good. Great portions and steak was tender. I've been here for after work drinks and liked how chill the atmosphere was.Would recommend if you're looking for a pub and I noticed they had happy hour from 7-9pm.
Staying at a local hotel and a short walk to this pub was in order. Very busy but we managed to get seated (3). Quick service of drinks and food.Food was very good with prices typical of area. Worth the visit.

Was greeted like a local by Heather who looked after us royally, even sourcing a mug despite initially saying they had none. The extensive menu catered more than adequately for our lunch which arrived speedily and was delicious along with a couple of pints of Guinness. Would thoroughly and happily recommend. Only sorry I probably won't have to time to return.
