I’ve been craving hotpot for some time now but coworkers are sick of hotpot, family doesn’t like hotpot, and friends are always busy so I just went by myself after work.Right off the bat I am kindly greeted by their staff and since it was raining, they gave a little bag to put my umbrella in. That’s the first I’ve seen any restaurant do this! They also offered to let this plush sit across from me which is adorable and I appreciated the company ? the service here is incredible....read full review
Just an amazing place. Snacks while you wait for your table, places to store your coat or bag, aprons to keep your clothes clean, etc. They've really thought of everything and the staff go above and beyond.

This place was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever had. This restaurant had four floors, they gave toys, and they even gave hair ties for the hotpot. The food was also delicious and this Haidilao had great atmosphere everywhere. It was a great experience for me.Kid-friendliness: They gave toys for kids and even a smaller plate and cup for kids.
