We are here for the first time. We got a hamburger and a fish and chips. Both are so good. And the man waiting on us was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.One hundred percent
One of the best steaks I’ve had in Toronto! They also serve fresh fries, pasta, and a generous charcuterie board. Loved dining here!
Slow service. It was breakfast right when they open and it took over 40 minutes to get our food. There were 4 tables including us and two waiters...ridiculously slow. Food was ok

Stages Restaurant & Lounge is a small eatery located within the Pantages Hotel, offering limited seating with convenient access for theatre shows. The service is very attentive, with everything served with a smile, although some guests have experienced slow service, particularly during breakfast hours. The food quality has been mixed, with issues such as dried out and inedible fingerling potatoes and cold pear crumble noted by customers. The steak and fries were also reported to be cold and small. While some found the appetizer tasty, it was lacking aioli and had a bland taste for others. However, one customer highlighted the dessert as a favorite, and the winterlicious menu featured good food that was well-plated, with great taste and drink recommendations. The atmosphere is enhanced by a piano player from 8-10, taking requests. The space is cute but tiny, with open-air access to the lobby doors that can create cold drafts, making it uncomfortable at times. Despite complaints about small side portions, such as three stalks of asparagus and a quarter of a potato served with the chicken cutlet, the food is generally well done. The restaurant also serves as a nice spot for winding down after a show, offering well-made cocktails and friendly staff. The food arrives quickly and is prepared as requested, making it an excellent place to eat before heading to the Mirvish Theater. It can be a little difficult to find, as the address is 200, but guests must enter through 210. While some reviews mention that the food is mediocre and the menu is limited, the service is noted to be very good, and the prices are reasonable.
