“Pilot coffee roaster. I like to treat myself to a pilot coffee drink when I am on the east end of the city for work, and it’s what I look forward to. Service is great, coffee is delicious and the pastries are really good too. This past visit, I ordered a flat white and sun-dried tomato danish. Both really delicious, though I would recommend warming up the danish and will do so next time!“

I’ve been buying Ethica Filter Coffee for years now, and it’s hands down the best Brazilian coffee I’ve had in Canada. As someone who has tried Brazilian coffees from roasters across multiple provinces, this one consistently stands out.

The profile is exactly what I look for in a Brazilian coffee: rich chocolatey notes, balanced sweetness, and an incredibly satisfying aftertaste that keeps you coming back for another cup. What impresses me most is the consistency. Bag after bag, the quality is always there.

10/10 recommend for anyone who loves classic Brazilian coffees done right.

Also, I swear their shipping speed somehow violates the laws of physics. Every time I order, it feels like the coffee arrives before I even finish checking out.

“They LOVE what they do! They LOVE coffee! And they LOVE their customers! Which is a perfect recipe for the BEST coffee in the city! Bold statement I know but I have gone on cappuccino excursions looking for the best in Toronto and this is it!

It's thick foam, rich sweetness (that comes from not overheating the milk), pick your bean & it's freshly ground for your shot. I know how pretentious I sound but I swear a good cappuccino is hard to find so it deserves a full description of praise, haha

When people are passionate about what they do it comes out in the quality & care of whatever they do and Fahrenheit is one of those rare gems in Toronto.

Best part ....they rotate staff between both locations so the service & consistency is the amazing at F1 & F2.

“went in on a wednesday afternoon & got the iced banana latte and iced lavender latte. the service was very friendly and the lovely cashier gave us great suggestions! if you like your drinks on the sweeter side i’d ask for extra sweetness but overall it was delicious.“

“Such a great spot for a coffee. A spot that is well known but surprisingly not talked about more.

The roast they have is nice. Strong enough without being too overpowering. Latte is Nice and creamy and blended with the espresso is very nicely done.

Service was quick even with a full house and a couple of people ahead of us. Got our drinks in a timely manner.

Parking is going to be tough considering it’s downtown. There is quite a bit of steeet parking and possibly more on the side streets, but just have to be patient when looking for a spot.

“Been to pilot a few times because it is in the path. I always used to come for the pear cider and I am really sad that that is gone, I wish some of their staples stayed on the menu. This summer I’ve been really into matcha and tried their mango sticky rice matcha which was creative and the strawberry matcha. I quite liked the mango sticky rice one although I couldn’t quite taste the sticky rice (coconut / condense milk flavouring) but the mango comes out quite nicely. I thought the strawberry one was fairly tasty too. My only small issue is there is way too much ice in the drink.“
