I enjoy the coffee beans from Pilot, and but I've been disappointed with their brewing a number of times where my coffee will come out bitter or sour. Too much inconsistency to go here regularly.
Convenient location along the PATH. Decent coffee with reasonable prices. They do have quite a bit of seating, but it’s always packed inside with a high-traffic, fast-paced vibe. Wouldn’t recommend for those looking for a cozy, relaxing spot. It’s definitely perfect for those who work in the financial district and need a quick caffeine fix.

Tried their matcha latte, did not try any of their other food or drinks. Unfortunately it tasted very diluted - no matcha flavour, pretty much just milk. Alternative milk options only include almond and oat, no soy milk. Location wise it is very conveniently located in the PATH, with clean and nice decor. Drinks were served promptly.
