JAVA has decent coffee beans here for filter coffee. I really liked their package design. The owners are awesome. Their prices are also good, and their flavour descriptions looked delicate. Nevertheless, if compared to some of the top coffee roasters in Toronto and in the world, there are rooms for improvements on the coffee quality and taste. Look forward to restock my coffee shelf from JAVA in the future.
Discovered their beans because it’s served at a local café. After testing a few smaller bags, decided to order in bulk.A couple notes:1) the coffee is delicious, yet to try one I didn’t enjoy2) the packaging/marketing is hilarious and fantastic3) they print your phone number on the shipping label. This might seem weird, but having ordered 10lbs of beans and seeing the notification it was delivered but finding it nowhere, I went into a panic. UPS was of no help in locating...read full review
