“This place is fantastic. They have 50 beers on tap, many of which are European beers. There's good variety so there's something for everyone. The food is fantastic, I've gone with two different groups of friends and everyone has really loved the food here.“
“Consistent quality for food, beer/wine/drinks, and atmosphere. I've been going here for years and now they have the best smash and banquet burgers in the city that no one is talking about (thank goodness)! Also has fantastic vegetarian (and vegan) options for my veg friends and they rave about the selection and quality. This spot is a staple for us pre- and post-game (some nights), too, and have celebrated a handful of family birthdays here, so very kid and family friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.“
“We went to Bread & Butter on Sunday and had excellent schnitzel sandwiches! The food is of good quality, the service friendly and fast, and it is a cozy spot. Nothing fancy, but the prices are reasonable compared to most places these days. We have come here for many years since our son went to Hodgson school and we have always been very satisfied. B&B is an institution in the Mt. Pleasant area for a good reason!“
“Been coming to Otto's for years. One of the few places that have maintained their food quality post-pandemic. Prices have understandably increased a bit. Excellent lunch spot, healthy portions, great taste, and lots of options. Please keep it up! So few donor places stay consistent in Toronto.“
“I've been here a few times. Sometimes I have to wait for a train, I go here. Under Union Station at access to York Go Transit. Big and airy. On my own I sit at the bar, for the best service, and talk to other patrons who are usually friendly. I had the Porchetta sandwich, big and tasty. The fries are chunky and crispy, just great. I like the Hefeweizen, German wheat beer. Servers Koriy and Talei really good to me, working hard to make me happy.“
“We were surprised by how delicious the döner was!! Wow, some of the best in the city!Very clean location.Only issue was that the women’s washroom was out of order. But the quality and freshness of the food made up for the inconvenience of not having a washroom available. Still a 5 star overall.Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible washrooms.“
“We have always loved Steam Whistle beer and felt they were the best Pilsner you can buy, and visiting the round house will make a believer out of anyone else. Taking the tour from Kenny was a standout highlight. Kenny really cares about the brand, product, building (and bottles) and by the end of the tour you will too.“
