“A very enjoyable experience all around. The atmosphere upon entering was very welcoming, my partner and I were seated promptly by a friendly hostess. The food was tasty and well made and the drinks were very refreshing especially the cocktails. I enjoyed the truffle potato and beef tartare. The service was also very well, I would definitely stop by if you’re in the area.“
“Came on a Wednesday night as a walk in (was not allowed to make reservations on the phone between 6-7pm for some reason, and as a result we were told we had to return the table after just under 2 hours). Beautiful little spot, acoustics were great and a little loud (but not in a terrible Toronto way). Decor was very cosy and comfortable and the atmosphere was warm. Food was presented picture perfect, tasted great, skills of the culinary team was very creative and slightly avant garde. Cocktails were done very well. However when we asked for new plates and cutlery we were given new roll ups which just cluttered the small table, could have just received the basic necessities as requested.“

It's my go-to for an afternoon glass of wine and snacks (the sourdough is delicious and they completely converted me to half-sundried tomatoes), date nights, and spot to bring out-of-towners. We started from the top and went right to the end - I ordered extra of the pork jowl. We tacked on the soufflé as well - divine. We were comfortably full after the meal and each one of us had a different favourite, for a different reason.The menu is so artfully created and you can tell from the flavours and execution that each member working there takes great pride in what they do.The cocktails were also delicious and prepared by a competition winning “bartender” (probably called something way more elaborate but I’m a simpleton haha) I may add!This is a perfect spot for an upscale night out with friends, date, business meeting - what have you.I am looking forward to returning in the future and seeing what the chef’s (especially the pastry chef) come up with!“
“Now & Later has everything I'm looking for in a great cafe. The atmosphere and decor is chique yet relaxing, the service is efficient, and the menu items are top-tier. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my partner thoroughly enjoyed her pumpkin spice latte. I ordered a bagel bomb, and it made for an incredible savoury snack. It is a bit small, so sometimes you can feel overly involved in the conversations at other tables, but nothing crazy for Toronto. If I'm looking for a cafe in the area, this will definitely be at the top of my list.“
“I've been coming here for years and it's my go to date spot. The place has the cutest back rooms with nice atmosphere/creative seating (couches, loungers, nooks and crannies). You order via QR code (and pay on your phone so when you're done there is no waiting around for the bill to come). The drinks also come *so* fast after you put the orders in. Overall very reasonable prices for wine bottles, with good/interesting selection. The owner/manager (Glenn, I think?) is a total sweetheart.The Karaoke events here do mean that if you're coming here as a regular bar patron, occasionally there is some noise and sometimes the place gets crowded and not all of the rooms are available for bar seating/the remaining seating in the back is taken up. Something to keep in mind and probably a good idea to call ahead if you have a bigger group and/or want to make sure to get a seat in the back.“
“The staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. A bit pricey. Pasta dishes were minimum $30. The ability to hear each other was lovely and we felt very well served. The menu isn't particularly imaginative, but everyone had something different and it was all delicious. Even though it was expensive, would definitley go back , as there is a lot to recommend.“

“Consistent quality for food, beer/wine/drinks, and atmosphere. I've been going here for years and now they have the best smash and banquet burgers in the city that no one is talking about (thank goodness)! Also has fantastic vegetarian (and vegan) options for my veg friends and they rave about the selection and quality. This spot is a staple for us pre- and post-game (some nights), too, and have celebrated a handful of family birthdays here, so very kid and family friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.“

The catering options they have available are very affordable and the rental fees are fantastic compared to other places. The space is colourful and decorated in such a fun way. The chicken breast was also delicious and different.J is an amazing woman and the staff was kind and their customer service was next level ( their service and hospitality made me write this review) as my brother lost his driving license and when we called them back to check if they found something they informed us about a card found in the washroom. “I've been here a few times. Sometimes I have to wait for a train, I go here. Under Union Station at access to York Go Transit. Big and airy. On my own I sit at the bar, for the best service, and talk to other patrons who are usually friendly. I had the Porchetta sandwich, big and tasty. The fries are chunky and crispy, just great. I like the Hefeweizen, German wheat beer. Servers Koriy and Talei really good to me, working hard to make me happy.“
