Chick-fil-A in Toronto

“I was here on the day Chick-fil-A Bloor Street opened and have visited several times since. Each time, the service has been excellent, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The restaurant is clearly a busy location, but the staff still manage to keep things moving efficiently while remaining friendly and professional. The food has consistently been great as well, and that overall quality has made every visit worthwhile.
The restaurant is also impressively clean, including the bathrooms, which is always appreciated. That said, on my last few visits I noticed there was no paper towel available to dry my hands. At first, I assumed it was just a one-off issue, but after seeing it happen more than once, it starts to feel like an attention to detail problem. It’s a small thing, but small details matter, especially at a place that otherwise does so many things well.
Even with that issue, I still think highly of this location. The food is excellent, the service is consistently strong, and I’m happy to see the brand growing and opening more locations.“

“Visited this location around lunch. It was super busy but the service was great. Staff were friendly and professional. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was really good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The place has a nice vibe, with lots of indoor seating. Definitely worth trying and would go back again.“
