Chick-fil-A in North York

“Wonderful staff. First time ever experiencing chick-fil-a and I will most definitely be back!
I had went with my 2 year old and wife out for lunch and of course my 2 year old had to go burn off some energy, and when I had gotten my food the one young man helped me carry my drinks out to the patio seating, while helping me out to the patio I had mentioned it was our first time and he then recommended we try the house Sauce and proceeded to go get us some. Amazing customer service.“

“We had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A Yorkdale, largely because of the way our interaction with one of the female order takers was handled. We were simply trying to ask about the available salad options, but instead of answering our question, she was dismissive and walked away mid-question to serve the people behind us. Her attitude came across as extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and immature, and it left us feeling completely disregarded as customers.

Thankfully, the experience was turned around by Gopi, the Compliance Manager, who showed what genuine customer service should look like. He was kind enough to personally come over, take our order himself, listen to our concerns, and make sure we were taken care of. What stood out even more was that he refused to charge us for our order after what had happened.

Gopi handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our experience. His willingness to step in personally made a huge difference, and he deserves recognition for the way he represented Chick-fil-A and its commitment to customer service.

Thank you, Gopi, for turning an otherwise horrible experience into one that ended on a positive note. Chick-fil-A is fortunate to have someone like you on the team.“
