A TEN course tasting menu in intimate surrounding with the chef preparing your food directly in front of you. Largely vegetarian with 2 fishs dishes...a scrumptious ceviche and a seared cod. A fantastic experience for all your senses ...and educational too!
I’m a writer yet I’m struggling to find the right words to convey how absolutely outstanding this experience was. Magical. Without a doubt, it was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. I’m a great home cook but sitting there I had an existential cooking crisis after every dish 😄 because wow…. Phenomenal. Worth every penny. Was exactly the something different I needed.
Amazing food. Concept, flavors, originality, kindness, passion. It is such an experience!
