Back after a year. Same vibe
Project Gigglewater is hands down Toronto's most inventive cocktail bar. Their Chief Bartender has obviously traveled extensively, and it shows in the adventurous cocktails featuring unexpected ingredients and surprising flavour combinations.
On my most recent visit I tried 'The Verdant Society.' A cocktail made with Green Apple Soju, Jose Cuervo Tequila, St. Germaine, Licor 43, Pineapple, and Sencha Tea.
