“On a little tour of the market on a cool, windy Monday. Needed a warm up, happy we picked Lekker. Nice Americano and an amazing Lekker dessert waffle to sooth a sweet tooth. Highly ceilings, top floor has a small seating area, downstairs there’s a bench and some seating available. Met with a friendly staff member who took my order and answered my questions. “I've been grabbing food from heartbreak since early 2023. And BOYYYYYYYYY LET ME TELL YOU. Hands down the best Mac and cheese, and best chicken sandwiches I've had in Toronto. This food hits home every single time. I can't recommend it enough. I also grab food when I'm hosting any big events. Do yourselves a favor and stop by here as quick as you can.“

“This place is kind of hidden once you park. You can see it facing Middlefield in case you are having trouble finding the door. 5/5 in all areas, there also needs to be a rating out of 5 for hygiene, this place is clean and they are really excellent with their food handling. On top of the the owner was friendly and the desserts were so good. Lots of desi inspired flavours from drinks to ice cream. It's more of a grab and go style with some benches.“
“I absolutely love this place! I came here with my friends randomly after seeing them on a google search when we were craving dessert and it was the best find! Their portions are so good and the ingredients are so high quality, the fruit is the perfect freshness and their chocolate is real not just some Nutella slapped on a waffle. If you are craving something sweet def come here, they have every dessert you could think of from crepes, eclairs, cheesecake, gelato, waffles etc and they have flavours like lotus and pistachio that you just can’t beat.“
“Group of 4 ordered two items - chamango and the mango crepe pockets! The quantity was great and sufficient for 4 people. The mango pockets were so soft, light and filled with the inner filling which was delicious. The chamango had great seasoning and the tamarind mix popsicle was great too. Loved it so much that my friends got me a birthday cake out of the mango pockets and it was gone in minutes. Highly recommended! ☺️“
“Had the waffles with fried chicken and maple sauce and home sauce. It was delicious!! The chicken was crispy on the outside yet tender inside and the waffles were fluffy with a slight sweet aftertaste. The owners were extremely polite and kind.“

“During my recent Canada trip, this was on the first day here so I was still jet lagged AFTER visiting a museum and needed something cold and also to get some more coffee. I went here on a Monday around 2:57pm and there wasn't really anyone else here so there was no wait at when I went. This place sells both the typical icecream flavors, boozy icecream, and also coffee too which I thought was cool, so I knew I had to try it! I knew I needed a quick burst of energy after a long day of traveling, so I was so glad when I found out I could get my iced coffee here too. Anyways, we both got the Double Scoop Cup with a cake cone! One with the Mint Chip icecream and the other cup with the Moon Mist & Raspberry Lemon-Lime Sorbet icecream flavors. I also got an Iced Mocha too, which was good. I'd recommend this place! All of the icecream flavors tasted good and I liked how unique that place and those flavors are. Next time I visit, I'll probably try their boozy flavors.“

“Please add the option to add 1. pancakes, 2. waffles - with the options of fillings as a Side. I like an omlette with pancakes, but then I'd have to order 2 mains. Or I have to be stuck with just the pancakes or waffles and not have omlette as an option.“
