The Nutella added that rich, chocolatey sweetness that made every bite feel like a treat. What really stood out was the crackling texture—it added a fun little surprise and made it even more enjoyable. It wasn’t overly heavy, and the portion felt just right. If you’re someone who loves Nutella, this is definitely worth trying. I’d happily go back and have it again!“

“Place is super clean. It’s small. There is some seating. We went at 11:30pm. The person working there was nice, polite,pleasant and patient. You can take kids there. There is enough parking. The quantity and the pricing matched. We got a sundae, which with tax cost $15 approx. enough for 2 people to share.“

“Ordered the Loaded Poutine with Chicken Bites, the gravy was delicious, the cheese curds were perfect, the container was practically over flowing, the chicken bites was juicy, perfectly breaded! It was so filling only ate half, brought the rest home! Juicy Birds in Hamilton on Concession Street! 10/10 will be back, immediately recommended it to friends!“

“Service is horrendous. Arrived at Thomson Plaza outlet at 2.30pm, only to be told by the staff that she is having her lunch break till 3pm. Fair enough, workers need rest too. I came back to the outlet at 3.01pm, only to find the counter unmanned. The staff finally returned at 3.10pm, only for her to say she is not ready to serve and will need another 10 minutes to be ready to even start taking orders. Obviously, I walked off without an order because I can't wait one hour just for an egglet. Amazing how the chain can survive with sales like this.“

“This place is tucked into the corner of the plaza that has a Bowling Alley around the corner and a No Frills in the middle, with Shoppers Drug Mart being the landmark.
Service was impeccable and my coffee was excellent. Waffles of all kinds are available here and I hope you get to enjoy the patio during the good weather.
