“My partner and I stumbled into this brewery to waste some time and grab a drink. We were very pleasantly suprised! We both ordered beer flights and ended up buying some to take home. The bartender was welcoming, laid-back and knowledgeable about the beer.“

“In Nova Scotia, and just had their 2019 Balam. Easily the best beer I have had, the rich chocolate, the sweet bourbon, and the smooth toffee with the boozy hit, just magical. I wish there is more coming out of this in the coming years, and to get myself to Ontario to enjoy their beer in person.“

“Was so glad to get a “Sunday Roast”. And neat to try an instagram famous spot. One of my dining companions however counted more than 5 roasts being served—but maybe that’s a misnomer advertised on the socials.
Fun to try the different cola. As an avid Diet Coke drinker, this was nice to be forced to try something out of my comfort zone, but close!
Nice bright atmosphere. Shared long harvest table type seating worked out surprisingly well.
Personally I wouldn’t order the pork again as it was quite fatty and messy to eat especially when trying to share it family style…but to be fair I was invited by a friend that really wanted to try it!“

“I had the Divercity (darker, smaller head) and the Wonder Wheat (lighter, larger head), as well as the pepperoni bacon pizza and the poutine. The Divercity wasn't my favorite, it was fine, just might not have been for me. Just wasn't much of a standout flavor. I did like the Wonder Wheat though, nice and light, with a bit more flavor. I was pleased with the pizza, always good beer food, all the toppings blended real well together. Happy with the poutine as well, solid amount of gravy slathered on there.“

“Honestly my favourite local. Staff are incredible, all the beers are their own and are consistently outstanding - no matter what beer you like you'll find one that works for you. Great cocktails, excellent food with weekly specials and regular events...plus the best tucked away backyard patio in midtown. Don't tell anyone though.“

“This is a brewhouse on Lower Jarvis Street. They have a good size indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables if weather is favourable. Opening hours are 11am to 11pm daily. They offer up a nice range of house brew on tap as well as some visitor beers, spirits and a few wines to go along with a menu of pub grub food items. We stopped by for a round of drinks recently after walking the Lake Ontario waterfront and enjoyed their Great Lakes Stout and glass of Pinot Gris. Service was very friendly, vibes casual and relaxed. Just seemed like a fun venue for a round of drinks or early meal. Would be happy to stop by again based on this experience.“

“If you want to capture the absolute essence of Toronto's west-end culture, you sit on the Bellwoods patio on a sunny afternoon. Located right on the bustling Ossington strip, it’s housed in an iconic, converted white-brick garage with a minimalist, string-lit patio out front.
It’s laid-back, community-centric & effortlessly cool. You’ll see everyone here from local artists and dog owners to off-duty chefs. It gets incredibly busy, but the staff keeps things moving with a chill, friendly attitude.“

“Visited on July 8, 2026.
Had a great time overall. Goof service and atmosphere. Really disappointing that none of their seasonal brews on tap were available and same with one of the dessert options too.
How all 4 seasonal brew options on taps were not available, was super disappointing, especially since I went out of my way to specifically visit Beaches Brewpub on my birthday.
Hopefully next time I visit, because I will, it'll be available.“

“The Amsterdam Brewhouse is located along the Lake Ontario Waterfront at Queen's Quay West. They have a large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to late (weekdays) and 10am to late (weekends). Menu features the Amsterdam Brewery label draught beers along with a fairly typical bar food menu. We visited recently during a warm weekend afternoon and were able to be seated immediately. Blonde Lager tasted just fine, artichoke dip was pretty good as well. Prices are a bit high but we found food and drink quality to be fair enough, food portion sizes are good. Venue is quite fun and views of the lake are great. Amsterdam Brewhouse is a fun place, we'd be happy to pop in again during future walks along the waterfront.“
“what a delicious beer! such a pure flavor, so precise in the descriptio in addition to an excellent, creative and elegantly extravagant presentation, It shows and it is appreciated that they make beer with a lot of love“
