In Nova Scotia, and just had their 2019 Balam.
Easily the best beer I have had, the rich chocolate, the sweet bourbon, and the smooth toffee with the boozy hit, just magical.
I wish there is more coming out of this in the coming years, and to get myself to Ontario to enjoy their beer in person.
These guys seriously blow my mind. Best beer and branding ever. LONG LIVE!!!
The beer is definitely 5 stars. A delicious wonderful treat. The grilled cheese, however, is an ungodly abomination. It is not grilled, it is melted plastic cheese in flatbread and it was an assault on every single one of my senses. But the beer was good enough I will still give 5 stars. But seriously please, please make the grilled cheese using actual bread and not with the evil spawn of flatbread and a bun

The brewery is the best and a favorite among customers, who have booked it for private events and recommend it for delicious casual drinks.
