Food was excellent. Surprised I haven't heard about this place before. Burgers tasted like a Big Mac but not terrible. The chicken strips in Buffalo sauce tasted like how Jack Astor's used to. Great vibe!
I had the Divercity (darker, smaller head) and the Wonder Wheat (lighter, larger head), as well as the pepperoni bacon pizza and the poutine. The Divercity wasn't my favorite, it was fine, just might not have been for me. Just wasn't much of a standout flavor. I did like the Wonder Wheat though, nice and light, with a bit more flavor. High Park Brewery offers a delightful experience with attentive and accommodating staff, providing a nice space with arcade games and a selection of local beers. The food is a highlight, with addictive shoestring fries and the highly praised Parm fries that are hard to find done right elsewhere. They serve a unique Neopolitan Stout on tap and have gluten-free wine options. The patio is lovely, making it a great spot for relaxation. High Park Brewery is also an excellent venue for events, with reasonable pricing and great service.
