“I had been wanting to visit Try Best BBQ & Fresh Food for a long time, but it was a bit far from where I live. Today, I finally had the chance to come, and I’m really glad I did.
The food was absolutely delicious — especially the chicken dishes and the traditional Kurdish-style meals. Everything tasted fresh, rich, and comforting. You can truly feel the authentic Kurdish flavors.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the grill was especially kind; we had a lovely conversation, and he prepared our order quickly and with care.
Overall, the food quality, service, and atmosphere were excellent. I would honestly give it 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys authentic Kurdish food and warm hospitality.“

“Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure to enjoy a delicious Turkish food in this place. I was visiting the city with my family and we were hungry and decided to enter this restaurant. The first thing calling my attention was the ambience and decoration of the place which transport you in an imaginary trip to Turkey. Then the staff of the restaurant, really nice people who explained to me in detail the menu, and their attention was really spectacular. Lastly the food, a combination of flavors that please our palates. This is a small place with worthy prices. I highly recommend it. By the way, one of the guys who served our plates talked to me about the seasoning used in the salad, (Sumak). Now this is my favorite ingredient in my salads. Thank you very much.“

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Afridi, who genuinely made my experience at this shawarma restaurant something special!
Afridi is originally from Bangladesh, and after chatting with him for a bit, I quickly realized what an awesome person he is. We got talking about soccer, which he's really passionate about, but unfortunately, he's been working so hard that he barely gets the chance to play anymore. You have to respect that kind of dedication and work ethic!
What really makes Afridi stand out is his incredible personality. The guy is an absolute legend! He's charismatic, funny, hardworking, and has the kind of positive energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. Even after what I'm sure are some long and exhausting shifts, he still manages to greet people with a genuine smile and make everyone feel welcome.
It's rare to come across someone who can make a simple shawarma run feel like you're catching up with an old friend. That's exactly the kind of person Afridi is.
The food was fantastic, but Afridi's hospitality and personality were the real highlights. I sincerely hope he gets some well-deserved time off to get back on the soccer field and enjoy what he loves.
If you're stopping by for shawarma, make sure you say hello to Afridi. Come for the food, stay for the vibes!

“Hazan, alone, served 3 of us on a Wednesday afternoon with utmost speed and attention to detail, getting our orders correct and beautifully wrapped, in spite of a line up and under pressure. This was my first time coming to this restaurant after moving to Mimico one year ago. I had a favourite spot for shawarma at Yonge & Davisville where I lived previously, but Two Brothers is top notch and is my new favourite spot!
I must mention also the very clean bathrooms which is HUGELY an indication of quality of this place!!

“Stumbled upon this cute little place when looking for a Middle Eastern restaurant with vegan options. We loved the food here! We got vegan steak wrap, and vegan steak bowls, as well as the incredibly flavourful falafel and hummus. Also their double pistachio baklava is to die for! Highly recommend!“

“One of the best Persian restaurants I've been to!
The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming — you feel it from the moment you walk in. The food quality is outstanding — I ordered baghali polo (dill and fava bean rice) with lamb neck and lamb shank: fragrant, the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the rice was perfectly fluffy.
Prices are very reasonable for this quality, and parking is available, which is a big plus.
I highly recommend giving it a try — you won't regret it!“

“Best shawarma in the GTA!!!! I’ve been going here for years and it’s like it keeps getting better. Not a chain!!! An amazing couple have owned this for a very long time and they have a great supporting staff. Worth the drive if you’re not in Etobicoke. Just look at other people that have gone out of their way and posted a review. Worth the drive!!! Will always be my number one spot for shawarma!!!“

“Oguz Uyghur Cuisine makes you feel like you've been transported to Central Asia.
We got the lamb kebab, ground beef kebab, and chopped noodles.
The ground beef kebab was incredibly juicy, and the lamb was so tender.
Both kebab dishes came with salad, naan, and polov rice, so it's a pretty filling meal.
It was my first time trying polov, and the rice was firmer than I expected.
But my favourite was actually the chopped noodles. They were chewy, well-seasoned, and surprisingly not oily.
Mudan was super friendly and attentive during the whole time we were there.
Definitely coming back the next time I’m craving some Uyghur cuisine!“

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The food is always fresh, flavourful, and consistent every time. the staff are friendly, welcoming, and the service is excellent. The place is clean, portions are generous, and prices are fair. It’s become one of my favourite spots, and I definitely recommend giving it a try. The only downside is that there is one older lady who works during the daytime. I’ve interacted with her several times, and unfortunately she has been consistently rude, impatient, and unfriendly. She really takes away from an otherwise great experience. I highly recommend visiting in the evening instead, where the staff have always been welcoming and professional.“

“Had a wonderful experience at Rose Kebab! The food was absolutely delicious and very tasty, with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The lady serving us was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Her service was fast and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere — what more could you ask for?

“It’s been my favourite shawarma for 5 years. I go there at least once a week. I tried to convince all my friends that it’s the best one in the area. Always friendly service and best quality you are getting for those money. Respect to young lady with died hair. She made me Caesar salad and I asked for extra meat and I didn’t expect she will put that much meat. Definitely recommend this place. Will continue recommending it and order it online“

“This restaurant has the best dishes I have ever had. I am always impressed with the freshness and quality of food. They’re always generous with their portions and the service is excellent. I recommend the qabuli palaw with lamb shank, kofta ghorma, choinaki, dopiaza, kabob barbecue platter. I also recommend the sheer yakh, it’s top notch!“

“I had a great experience at Kabobs Factory in Vaughan. The restaurant is very clean, the food is delicious, halal, and very reasonably priced for the quality.
The washroom was spotless, which says a lot about how they maintain the place.
Special thanks to Priyanka for her warm welcome and excellent service. She was friendly, always smiling, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.
