Wingstop in Toronto

“I’ve had WingStop a few times from other locations and it always tastes great. Some of my favourite wings/tenders and fries. I haven’t been inside this location yet, but we ordered the other night on Uber Eats and while the tenders were absolutely delicious, they forgot our fries for both combos. I was pretty upset, naturally. But we had carrot sticks and their Cajun corn which we made do with. I left a note about the incident and quickly got an email with a coupon, greater the cost of the missing fries. Along with a note apologizing and even stating that they remembered this order as a mistake they failed to catch in time. I was really blown away by the quick accountability and rectification. There was nowhere to write back, but I just hope it gets to the resto that you guys have some solid customer service! Makes me want to order again and again because good service like that is harder to come by these days. So thank you to the team there! We can’t wait to order again.

We’ve tried the mild, original hot, lemon pepper, and spicy Korean Q. All absolutely fire, so good! And we’ve had their fries from other locations and can say they’re awesome, love the flavour options. The voodoo fries have my heart. Great food and service.“
