“Been here before for their great rice bowls, so I came back this time to try their new beef noodle soup. Super tasty and authentic! Noodles were also soft and chewy. They also have you choose either a complementary miso soup or sweet green tea with lychee coconut jelly. Definitely coming back for both!“
“My go-to spot for Taiwanese desserts! They offer both hot and cold options for their desserts and a very wide variety of desserts—so there’s definitely an option for everyone.Service is quite quick for cold desserts, while warm desserts may take a bit more time as they heat them up.Over the years this location has changed quite a bit. They used to have the ground floor (now Hazukido) and their taro paste used to be like a really thick mashed taro vs. now it’s a very runny paste. Their desserts still haven’t changed though, still delicious and nice sharables!Vegetarian options: Almost all the desserts are vegetarian-friendly!“
“Cute breakfast place that I would visit again! I really enjoyed my Puff Pastry Sandwich and Milk tea. The rice item was okay but I wouldn’t order it again. Inside is relatively small with limited seating but cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly but a bit on the slower side for the rice dishes (again, best to get the other breakfast items). Overall meets the expectations of breakfast food ? ? Will be returning to try more of the menu!“
“The best fried chicken I've ever had!!! I had the plum pickle bone-in chicken and an order of fried crab sticks. The coating was super crunchy (just the way I like it) and not excessive. The fried crab sticks were pretty good. The fries remind me of Costco fries, which I do like. Overall we loved the food! The service was fast, I love that they don't fry chicken ahead of time. Everything is fresh.“
“One of my fav Korean Grill establishments. Service and food were top notch. Everything we ordered we enjoyed and came out fairly quickly. We tried a variety of everything, I highly recommend the crab sushi, garlic beef and beef ribs. Only downfall is that they don't accept credit, they only accept cash or debit.“
“It's a very nice local restaurant not far from yonge-dundas sqr. The menu is huge. The main concern is the quantity of the food you get. I order the spicy beef hotpot I only got 4 slices of beef. That's not enough. The food was good though“
“I'm not too much of a soup person but I decided to try some tonight just because it's a special occasion. I like papayas so I thought why not try it in the form of a soup. I've got to say, it was really good, once I put a spoonful into my mouth, I didn't stop until it was finished. Be careful what time you arrive as the weekends are usually very busy and as a result the wait time to get orders taken down may waiver as a result. This is a lovely location with aesthetic decor and booths/chairs to boot. The reason why it's not 5* is that it's a bit too sweet for my own liking, and I understand the name of the restaurant, but I feel like this soup could do with less. Sometimes less is more right?“
“I went to this restaurant with 2 friends. We wanted to try something new. We ordered a hotpot dinner and a dessert cold pot to share among us. The hotpot was very delicious with generous portions of meat, seafood, veggies, with a side of mung bean noodles to cook later on in the broth. Dessert was a cold pot with grass jelly, mochi, chestnut paste, azuki beans, peanuts and a whole bunch of other dessert toppings I’m sure I forgot to mention! Cold milk tea is poured into the pot and then served in individual bowls. There was enough food from both the dinner and dessert to feed the three of us leaving nothing behind, yet all feeling sufficiently full and satisfied. Thank you very much for the wonderful meal. I’m definitely coming back!“
