“Their stinky tofu is good, and the side dishes are delicious too. Everything tastes very authentic and reminds me of the flavors you would find in Taiwan. A great place to satisfy a craving for Taiwanese beef noodles and classic street food!“

“The food here is good, good amount of portions and especially the best one, popcorn chicken imo. Comes with 3 sides 1 meat and rice. I went to this place a couple times and so far its fantastic. The ingredients and food are fresh and the service is also good. Its a quick pace shop with no place to sit which is a downside but the food court beside makes up for it. The workers are hard working and quick to help. It had been busy all the times I went.“

“Thanks so much Cowa for providing such excellent service, especially during cold weather. The food always arrived at our front door warm and delicious. It saved us so much time and portion is big for both mom and dad! I compared a few confinement food companies in GTA and at the end decided to go with Cowa because;(1) it has a central commercial kitchen with permit from the city instead of home kitchen(2) it has a set pre determined menu(3) it allows me use my own glass boxes(4) the service is excellent (thanks to Brandon) and provide lots of flexibility when I wanted to switch the menu a bit.Last but not least, we liked it so much and we ordered two months! “Really enjoyed my meal at Xin Yi Time! It’s getting harder to find affordable meals these days, so I was surprised that most dishes here are under $13 while still giving such massive portions.

I tried the Taiwanese braised pork rice and it tasted very authentic — super flavorful, well marinated, and nice and saucy. Every combo also comes with rice and 2 veggies, which makes it feel like a complete home-style meal.

The shop itself is small and simple, run by a friendly Asian auntie, which gives it a cozy homemade vibe. Definitely more of a takeout spot, but great for a quick affordable comfort meal. Would come back again!“

“Stopped in just before noon on a Sunday and there was no wait to get a table for four. There were a few things about the place I didn't love, but the overall flavours here were great and at the end of the day that's what really matters.

We ordered the Xiao long bao, wauteep (potstickers/pork and leek dumplings), a large order of the hot and sour soup, chi fan (the sticky rice roll), the beef roll, and the sizzling eggplant and minced pork dish. Loved the eggplant dish and would order it again. Would not recommend the chi fan as the filling was lacking which caused it to fall apart really easily. The beef roll is also a little questionable - the wrapping is really thick and doughy and the roll contains lettuce for some reason. Everything else was pretty good.

Service was kind of non-existent while we were here. Only two people serving the entire restaurant - they're trying their best but they definitely need a third person when the place is busy. Eventually one of the cooks came out to help with the front of the house.
