“Favourite Subway I’ve ever been to. The ingredients are always really fresh, and the place is always clean. All the employees are welcoming, but especially Kam. He goes above and beyond welcoming and chatting with you, asking repeat customers about their previous experiences and ensuring everything met their expectations. Seriously the best subway I’ve been to in the world so far, I go out of my way just to go to this Subway.“

“Please have more than one staff member working. I was there today and the poor worker was all alone trying to keep up with a restaurant full of customers and many had big orders. Its too much and not fair. Making minimum wage dealing with cranky people.
The employee was great, kind and did the job as best they could but still. I could see the frustration and stress.“

“I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.

What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.

“The staff at this location are wonderful. I previously had an issue with an order I placed via the app but they made it right and have been so lovely every time we’ve gone back. The sandwich itself? Perfect. Everything was fresh, neatly put together, and exactly how it should be — no shortcuts, no sloppiness. You don’t always expect that level of consistency at a Subway, but this location delivers.

Yuuraj has clearly set a strong standard here, and it shows through the team. If you’re anywhere nearby, this is the kind of place worth going out of your way for.

“I have been visiting this Subway restaurant for a long time, but unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members, Muku, has been consistently disappointing. She lacks customer service skills and doesn't seem to have proper knowledge of how to prepare sandwiches or handle orders professionally.

“I know this is just a subway sandwich shop, but it’s more than that. I urge you to read the whole review for this story because the people that work there are rare to find with the kind hearts they have.

I 15 minutes before walking in I had been verbally harassed by a man at Main St. Subway station and was continuing on my way home almost in tears over the anxiety come down of the interaction. I got off the 64 bus and needed somewhere to just be for a minute, I figured I would need to eat later so I turned and saw this Subway sandwich location. I had talked with the main staff there quite a few times and had a good feeling the interactions would make me feel safe again.

I walk in, it’s the owner, a man, which had me nervous at first based on my most recent interaction earlier, but he immediately smiled and said hello. I didn’t tell or say anything about what had happened earlier but he carries such a calming and welcoming vibe, immediately in the conversation I could feel my anxiety stabilize. A whole conversation was had about scorpion peppers and spicy food and by the time I paid for my sandwich, I felt a lot better.

I feel extremely grateful for having such positive interactions here, that when I was having a rough commute home, I was able to feel safe and welcomed into a space that people wouldn’t normally feel or expect to think of first as a place to take a moment. The kindness and the warmness this staff radiates makes this particular location special.

I walked home with a lot more pep in my step. It’s really nice to have community like that in this neighbourhood, thank you. I know it’s just a sandwich, but kindness is more than that. A safe space is more than that, it’s priceless 💜“

“I come to this subway often and usually the workers are not the most friendly, been refused bags before smh but that changed today when a very kind woman named Nusrat (Nusicat? She wrote her name on a paper but I cant make out one of the letters) was working. She’s hands down the kindest worker i’ve met at this subway, and honestly anywhere.
