“Fresh and healthy food with lovely ambience and best customer service by the front crew made our experience even more memorable. I visited for the very first time around 11pm on June 24 and would like to visit again to experience such great service and warm hospitality.“

“Just wanted to give a shoutout to Shruti at Subway — she was kind, attentive, and made my sandwich with care and a smile. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and her thoughtful service truly stood out. Thank you, Shruti, for making my night a little brighter!“

“Out all of the Subway's I've been to, this is probably the best one, hands down. A big shoutout to Harsha, who always has a smile on her face, and makes sure to greet everyone. Our family sometimes make a long distance just to come to this specific branch, because Harsha is so friendly.
Overall, great people and great food!“

“Amazing Subway! Highly recommended. I used to go to another one near where I live, but now that I've discovered this one, I'm coming here from now on. The subs were all so good. Super generous with the fillings and all the toppings. Will be coming back for sure“

“Suman was delightful when she took my order. She gave me a generous amount of veggies and even let me taste the sauce because I wasn’t sure which one I wanted on my sandwich. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll continue to come back!“

“I had a great experience at this Subway! The service was excellent, and Maria was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. “At the great Canadian club sandwich today 1:45 p.m Thursday October 24th. The sub was perfect. Proper portion sizes and honored extra requests for toppings. I go to a lot of subways and this is one of the top sandwiches I've had in the GTA. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you very much“

“Have been coming to this Subway for many many years, and this is the first time I left happy enough to write a review. The server ( Deepani) was excellent and made the perfect sub. She has been working there for 6 months and I hope to see her there again!!“

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this Subway location! The service is consistently outstanding, and the food is always top-notch. The cleanliness of the store is impeccable, which is so important to me. But the real standout is Shawani—she is an absolute gem! Every sub she makes is perfect—so flavorful, and she pays incredible attention to detail. Not only is she amazingly talented, but she’s also so kind and attentive. I truly believe there’s no better sandwich artist out there than Shawani. Her dedication deserves a huge raise—she’s a true star. I will keep coming back again and again because of her.“

“Raman at Subway is an absolute gem! I stopped in today and was blown away by how friendly, fast, and professional she was. She greeted me with a big smile, listened carefully to my order, and even double-checked my preferences to make sure everything was perfect.
The sandwich she made was fresh, loaded with exactly what I asked for, and tasted fantastic. Raman’s positive energy and attention to detail really stood out. She made the whole experience feel special.
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, ask for Raman. She’s the kind of employee who makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend! 🙌🥪“

“Best Subway Location. This is where I've been visited a long time ago and they're always giving decent amount of veggies. I can always feel satisfied here. But since I moved, hardly come back to this one. When I returned, it's still the same as before.
I've visited other store in rh, nothing can comolete with this location. Will always come back for subway here.“

“The lady that works here always goes above and beyond, every time I come to this location. In all honesty, the reason I return is because of her. She is always so helpful and accommodating to myself and my family. The food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you for the great customer service!“

“Sharmila was wonderful handling the line ups and efficient with a smile!
Kudos to her!!
Liked the new Grilled Chicken with hot honey. Would like to see healthier drink options like coconut water, Perrier etc.
Avoiding sugary drinks!!

Thank you Subway.“

“Neha provided outstanding customer service at Subway. She was friendly, polite, and prepared my order perfectly. She was patient, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Neha, for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Went there last night, i usually never go to subway as i always have bad experiences but the guy working last night was an amazing fella. Polite, friendly and made my sub as perfect as it comes, it was like watching an artist . Definitely recommend to go at night when he's around. Can't remember his name though but he told he works most nights there.
Definitely recommend the steak and cheese sub“

“Thank you to the wonderful staff for the excellent service. Everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was prepared perfectly. I truly enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back.“

“The rating here don’t do this place justice. Probably the best Subway in Scarborough which doesn’t skimp out on meat or veggies and the meat quality is always fresh. At times it seems like they put double the meat. This is coming from someone who orders only on the app using coupons. Also don’t order at the Subway by Agincourt mall at Kennedy Sheppard. They may be the worst in skimping on meat.“

“Today we went there to get sub. I was quite nervous to go there after reading reviews but as soon as I entered there the lady came out to greet us. The store was neat and clean. The lady was maintaining all covid protocols. She was washing her hands after making sub for each customer and she was also cleaning the area. She made amazing sub. Even she gave suggestions about what combinations go well. In nutshell, this will be my go to place.“

“I recently visited this Subway, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their way of talking was polite, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive – every surface was spotless, and the environment felt fresh and inviting.

The sandwiches were prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were perfect. The drinks were equally refreshing, complementing the meal perfectly.

The staff handled everything with efficiency and care, even during a busy time. They made sure everyone was served promptly without compromising on quality.“

“The young girl that works here so sweet. I did coop at reitmans and for lunch I would go here everyday and she always greeted me and she is super fast 5 customers she will put the cheese and meat out it in the oven and work on the next order. And when I ask for crispy onion she always puts a fair amount on the sandwich. Sweetest girl ever I also always see her take the bus with me too and she always says hi you can truly tell she loves her job and customers and remembers her regular people. Please never fire that women she is the reason I come there everyday!!❤️❤️“

“I haven't had a problem eating here. Came a couple of times, it is pretty busy in the afternoon, and there will be a lineup during lunch time with only 1 person behind the counter. If you place a pickup order during lunch time expect to wait to the full extent of the wait time. I usually eat in, tables are usually not occupied unless it is in the afternoon, maybe 1 other person.“

“Such a yummy lunch! Everything tasted fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. The owner was lovely, too. It was so good I wanted another bowl, lol! So happy to have this Subway close to home—I’ll definitely be back!“

“They had gluten-free buns which is great cuz my daughter is gluten free. Food was fresh. Place was clean, just not enough workers for the crowd of people. So it took a little bit of time. I recommend this place. Still a good place to grab something to eat and go.“
