“I had a great experience at Subway today. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and they prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. The vegetables were fresh, the bread was warm, and the portions were generous.
Service was quick even during a busy time, and the employee who helped me was polite and patient while I chose my toppings. Overall, a simple but satisfying meal. I’ll definitely come back again.“

“Writing this review to bring attention to an employee who was working Tuesday evening.
I unknowingly walked into a horrendous situation, as another customer was actively berating and harassing the young woman behind the counter in an apparent attempt to scam her out of a free sub. The worker, who I came to learn was named Parneed, was on the shift alone. Despite the customer's egregious behavior, Parneed remained completely professional, stoic, and polite through the entire encounter. She maintained courtesy and grace when she had every excuse to not to.
Despite the awful and albeit emotional situation, she was able to compose herself and immediately turn right around and deliver fast, excellent service, making a great sub without letting the prior incident impact her work. I tried to tip her, but she repeatedly insisted I keep my change.
She handled a very difficult conflict extremely well, and frankly I was blown away by her resolve. Further, she went above and beyond while serving me.
My hope is management and future customers alike recognize and acknowledge Pardeen for her hard work and admirable character.“
