Nice service.
Placed a pickup order through the app and got confirmation it was accepted. When I arrived, I was told there was no order before the system was checked whatsoever. A minute later, the receipt was found laying around and finally prepared, but there was no acknowledgment of the misunderstanding.
Mistakes happen, but it would help if staff verified orders on their end before assuming the customer made the mistake. Very odd experience, don’t recommend.

I handed the lady a 5 dollar bill that had a little tape on it and she refused to take it.
