“I was across the street at the Abilities Centre and I decided to come here for lunch. I've been to many Subways throughout Canada and I've always received average service or below average service. On this Saturday afternoon, this is the first time that I received above average service. The two Asian women working the counter were friendly and generous with the toppings. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki using the Subway app with coupon. At other Subways, when I use a coupon, they always skimp on the toppings. Thank you for not being cheap with the toppings.“

“I placed an online order today for three subs. When I got there the employee, Muhammad (I asked for his name) was working on two separate mobile orders, mine was the third mobile order he had received. He worked quickly and diligently to get the orders executed and apologized for the wait. He was friendly, polite and worked hard. His work area was clean as was the store, and organized. I was a customer service manager in the past and would have poached and hired this young man to work for me. Not only were his customer service skills stellar, so were his sandwich making skills, the sandwicheswere delicious! A great experience all around. Great job, Muhammad!“

We are regular customers of this store and have noticed the other girls working at this Subway are not welcoming enough and also need to improve their skill of making the sandwich which is quite Disappointing.
