“Stopped by this Subway in Whitby right off the highway and it was exactly what I needed after a long drive. The location is super convenient, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming.

My sandwich was made perfectly — fresh bread, generous toppings, and everything tasted crisp and high quality. They handled the rush really well and still took the time to make sure my order was just right.

“I had order a BLT sub and yes I got that but had mixed in onions with it (I don’t eat those it was mixed with the tomatoes) and I got the combo, I got charged for one that isn’t a combo since I didn’t get two items(two cookies or a cookie and chips with a drink) they didn’t tell me the combo was 2 items (before it was only a cookie/chips and a drink ) they didn’t tell me until after I had paid and told me I can’t get another cookie or chips for the combo I paid for“

“I was across the street at the Abilities Centre and I decided to come here for lunch. I've been to many Subways throughout Canada and I've always received average service or below average service. On this Saturday afternoon, this is the first time that I received above average service. The two Asian women working the counter were friendly and generous with the toppings. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki using the Subway app with coupon. At other Subways, when I use a coupon, they always skimp on the toppings. Thank you for not being cheap with the toppings.“
