“I go to this location almost every morning. Incredible staff specially the girl working in the morning she is always seen making lots of subs in morning but despite being busy always greets me with smile and make great sandwiches.

Clean store and fresh ingredients . Keep up the good work guys. I don’t really post reviews but this girl politely asked me today and great work should be appreciated 👍👍“

“I ordered online and unfortunately the sandwich wasn't as expected. I called to let them know, the gentleman on the phone was very nice about it.

I came the next day and Rahim was very professional and nice about it. Made no fuss and provided great service!“

We are regular customers of this store and have noticed the other girls working at this Subway are not welcoming enough and also need to improve their skill of making the sandwich which is quite Disappointing. “I had an amazing experience at this Subway! Jo provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to make our subs perfectly. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The food was fresh, made exactly how we wanted, and the whole experience was enjoyable because of his positive attitude. If you’re deciding which Subway to visit, this location is definitely worth it because of Jo. Highly recommend!“

“I was across the street at the Abilities Centre and I decided to come here for lunch. I've been to many Subways throughout Canada and I've always received average service or below average service. On this Saturday afternoon, this is the first time that I received above average service. The two Asian women working the counter were friendly and generous with the toppings. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki using the Subway app with coupon. At other Subways, when I use a coupon, they always skimp on the toppings. Thank you for not being cheap with the toppings.“

“I personally witnessed this interaction. The employees were polite and genuinely tried to help you and offered you several solutions. However, the way you spoke to and treated the staff was not appropriate. Being hungry does not give anyone the right to be disrespectful to employees. They were simply following the system and the available pricing. If you wanted all the turkey on one side of the sub, you could have simply asked them to put the turkey on one side. Instead, you continued arguing with the employees. In the end, they even offered you a refund to resolve the situation. I think the staff handled the situation professionally and did their best to help you. Honestly, I think they did the right thing by throwing the food away. After you received your refund, it seemed like you were trying to get the food for free. The employees did nothing wrong and were simply following the store’s policy.“
