“We travelled with a group of 75 kids and 25 adults from Ottawa to a Blue Jays game for the day and arranged for this Subway outlet to make us supper. We picked up our order, completely filled, which was organized with a name and bus number. Hiral was amazing to work with, super friendly and very well organized. Thank you thank you thank you! “Gagan is absolutely outstanding. I came here twice during the BOGO footlong week and it was so chaotic. She was the only one working and there were 10 customers in store and then so many people coming for mobile orders (including me) She was kind and told everyone that she needed a little time to make all these subs. I ordered 4 and she made them perfectly - no mistakes. I only had to wait a little bit as she had cleared everyone in the store. I rarely write reviews but I went and asked for her name just for this. She’s amazing. Please get her some help when there are promotions.“

“Normally, I tend to be critical in my reviews, but this time, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service! The young man working at the counter, I believe his name is Arsh or Aksash (apologies if I got it wrong), provided excellent service and the best customer experience.
This was my second visit to this location but my first time meeting him. He was quick, efficient, and handled the food with great care. I just wanted to say thank you , keep up the fantastic work!

“I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it – fresh, delicious, and perfectly put together. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
While the washroom situation in the plaza isn’t ideal (totally outside of Subway’s control), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else about my visit was outstanding. Clean store, great food, and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“My husband and I where hungry and wanted something to eat traveling through town today at about 3 pm and we choose this subway, the lady that made our subs was by far the best subway employee I have had a experience with, she was funny ,kind and really just made this subway vide awesome. Don't know why people are complaining about the service or the food because the way this lady made our subs was perfect no topping fell out, the way she put the meat in the sub it incased it. Perfect sub perfect everything.“
