I witness staff cleaning and touching so many things with the same gloves they made subs with. Kindly had to ask them to change their gloves before making my sub, but between glove changes there was no washing of the actual hands. I understand this is a hassle sometimes however health and safety rules are put in place for a reason and it’s to keep everyone safe from cross contamination and sickness. I visited today to buy a footlong tuna sandwich with my sister, and I just wanted to say that the service was excellent. Jacob B. and Tasia prepared my sandwich how we wanted and we truly enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. I will definitely be visiting again.
