The staff at Subway are praised for their friendliness and recognition of regular customers, with one customer highlighting a particularly delicious sandwich from a kind counter staff member. However, there is a suggestion to expand the vegetarian options, currently limited to one standard choice, to include a greater variety such as eggs and other vegetable selections, catering to the Indian population in Canada.
