“Had to place a large corporate catering order and honestly, the whole experience was refreshingly smooth... despite Uber throwing a wrench in things by canceling last minute.

What stood out? The owner called me the day before just to give me a heads-up and had already planned for backup arrangements in case something went sideways. Sure enough, Uber canceled, but it didn't matter, everything was already in place. Food was ready for pickup on time, staff was informed.

The owner also called back to confirm details when there was any ambiguity in the order. That kind of follow through is rare. He clearly cares about getting it right, not just getting it done.

I know it's Subway. not exactly glamorous, but the customer service here is genuinely something else. If you're planning a big group or catering order, ask to speak directly with the owner. You won't regret it.

Uber, on the other hand… disappointing that you can schedule an order charge in advance and have it canceled last minute. But that's a separate conversation.

This place earned a loyal returning customer. Highly recommend.“

“Huge shoutout to Tamana at this Subway location! She went completely above and beyond during my visit. Even with a line forming, she was incredibly patient, friendly, and took real care making my sandwich instead of just rushing it through. The veggies were fresh, the bread was warm, and her customer service was hands down the best I’ve experienced here in a long time. People like Tamana make all the difference, give that woman a raise! Will definitely be back.“

“I went for lunch today it was a big location lots of seating also the ladies noticed me on arrival and addressed me even though there was a super tiny wait but I appreciated it!

My order was perfected after we had to remove a sauce that wasn’t what I wanted but I was given a free drink too and that’s why I knew she cared for my experience and I told her I would leave a 5 star review!

She was also caring about my taste preferences even though I could have sucked it up, but I knew I wouldn’t like the bbq sauce added and it was an accident that was owned up to on their part and I kept the sub just had it modified it bit with the removal of as much as possible to help the restaurant too. They did offer to remake it from scratch but I felt bad (and for me personally I was ok with the food). As long as that sauce was removed lol. “Came over after Biryani Master told me I had to wait 25 mins for food. Either way I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast my sub was prepared by the lady behind the counter. We were having a musician's conference not far from this subway. I contacted the owner and asked if they could fill an order for 76 sandwiches, snack, and drink and he confidently indicate that he and his team could manage the order.

There were many special dietary issues in the order, and this subway delivered all the sandwiches on time to our location, with each bag labeled with the recipient's name (I had provided a list each person's requirements).

After delivery, the owner said that if there was any problem, the could rectify things in minutes. They also followed by phone about 30 minutes later.

There weren't any problems. Everything was perfect! Well done.“
