Simran was really nice and helpful, when I was using the subway app to purchase for the first time. She walked me through it, great service and the cookies there were great.

Subway offers consistently good experiences with fresh toppings. Service, particularly from Rajni, is praised for being friendly and efficient. However, it is recommended that the pricing policy for substitutions is clarified to avoid unexpected charges. Some customers have received free cookies, adding a positive note to their visit.
