Good food, but bad service. The lady, Karen, is very rude and at times, if you don't say your order fast enough, ask too many questions, or take too long, she will kick you out. She will also hang up on you and decline your calls if you don't order properly over the phone. If you do decide to eat here, make sure you know what you want before she calls you up...
There was also a bug in between my bok choy. Very unpleasant
I’ve been going here for over 20 years. Food is great. Favourites are the pork chops, fried squid, shrimp in lobster sauce and their congee.
They will customize your order if asked. Example make a dish more or less spicy. Add tofu or mushrooms etc.
They can be quite busy during holidays. Pricing has gone up but so has everything now a days.
Secret: they own 4 of the 8 food stalls in the food court.

If you’re just looking for quick Chinese takeout, this place is… fine. Honestly, it’s only a small step up from the hot food counter at a Chinese supermarket. From what I can tell, it’s better than the other stalls nearby, but they all seem to be run by the same family anyway, so the difference isn’t huge.
