Far East Chinese Food Reviews
Take out place with great food, it has no atmosphere. But food is consistent and delicious
I can't rate this as great but not the worst too. It was just okay. Staff was friendly but they have to do work on their taste.
Wow! worst hot and sour soup ever! Way too much vinegar taste and too sweet.
Also ordered pork spare ribs with black bean sauce and Schezuan beef. Hard to find any beef... 90% vegetable and 10% meat. Both dishes should be on Vegetable menu section.

Far East Chinese Food offers a mixed dining experience that brings back childhood memories for some customers. While certain dishes shine, others do not meet expectations. The Vegetable Lo Mein remains a standout, noted for its fresh vegetables and flavorful sauce. The Chicken Fried Rice is popular as well, although it could use more chicken. Nostalgic favorites like the Chicken Balls and Cantonese Chow Mein are also enjoyed, bringing back fond memories for many. However, some dishes, such as the Tofu in Black Bean Sauce and Beef with Vegetables, have received complaints about tastelessness and wateness.
The service at Far East Chinese Food has been criticized, with some describing the staff as rude and unprofessional. Cleanliness is another concern, as dirt and grime are noticeable. Despite these issues, many loyal customers appreciate the polite staff and the good food, making it a worthwhile option for those nearby. Overall, the food is served well most of the time, especially during dinner hours. The restaurant operates on a cash-only basis, which is common for many Chinese food establishments. Although the storefront may appear unchanged and the atmosphere can be quiet and empty, the authentic flavors keep customers returning for more.
