She was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely makes the whole experience better. Hinal is a wonderful representative of Subway, and she definitely deserves recognition for her hard work. “I came around 5-5:15 and it was a rush hour i ordered veg patty subs and it was good shanzeya made it and was good sukhman also assisted me with the coupon as scanner was not working fine these two girls were very kind and supportive its not about the food but also how the staff is treating the customers and i always love coming here because of very pleasant staff sukhman always suggest good things and shanzeya always engages me and my wife with amazing compliments.
One more thing i wanted to point out is when we were visiting one customer was extremely rude to the both of the girls it was very disappointing . I tried calling for manager to speak about him such customers should not be served but it was very busy so we left but lovely place with lovely staff .“

“The staff here are absolutely incredible! Every Wednesday, my autistic son and I stop by for our weekly subs after his appointment, and they are always so kind, patient, and welcoming.

One of the sweetest little things is that they draw a smiley face on the sticker on his sub. They often remember to do it before we even have to ask. It might seem like a small gesture, but it means so much to us. Those little acts of kindness can make such a difference, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about making their customers feel welcome.

“Bit surprised with some of the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and can say I have always received great, friendly service from every staff member I've encountered. I also walk in and greet them and they reciprocate with a smile back. Think alot of the complaints are from people that walk in with a sour face and bad attitude. Don't expect to get good service by treating someone like dirt. Not the foundation Canada was built on. Respect and dignity work both ways. “I really wanted to take a moment to share the heartwarming experience, I had at this subway. The other night, I experienced a car accident. After the traumatic event, i made an online order to the wrong location. Which resulted in me not being able to pick up my sandwich that same day.

I called and explained my situation and I was met with so much understanding and kindness. The lady at night told me, i can come pick up a freshly made sandwich in the morning. The employee the next morning was very pleasant, delightful, and sympathetic towards me.

“I come here almost every Sunday, for the chicken teriyaki sub of the day deal. I have to say this franchisee is good compared to others. They take coupons and participate in all promotions that are offered. They always have 2 staff working so even in busy times, it is constantly moving. The only thing I would recommend is that the sandwich artists take a bit more care when making the sub. It feels butchered and messy at times sometimes. But overall I would recommend this location, they are much better than some of the other close by locations“

We were served by Pooja who was the only employee on shift and we were extremely impressed with the friendly, professional and efficient service she provided. She assisted us in selecting the right mix of sandwiches to serve for the event and was very patient throughout the process although she was dealing with several customers at the same time singlehanded.
