“I recently visited Subway and had a really great experience, thanks to Jigna(Ben). She prepared two veggie patty subs for me, and they were honestly some of the best I’ve had. She suggested a perfect combination of sauces that made the taste even better.

What stood out the most was her friendly nature—she had a warm smile throughout and was very pleasant to talk to. It made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable.

I’m also sure the whole team is doing a great job—no doubt about it.

If you do need a receipt, a simple request is all it takes, and they’re happy to provide it without hesitation.

“I visited this Subway late after a long, exhausting shift. The sandwich artist did inform me right away that the toaster was turned off for cleaning, so this review is not about her service.

However, this is a 24-hour location, and being unable to get a toasted sandwich while paying full price is disappointing—especially when the store is still fully open and accepting orders. As a customer, it feels like you’re paying for less than what’s advertised.

This seems like a management and policy issue, not a staff issue. If the store operates 24 hours, key equipment like the toaster should remain available, or customers should be clearly warned at the entrance that parts of the menu aren’t available. The staff pointed it out that the toaster is turned off, but the point os, there should have been one other way to convert the message, so that a customer like me, doesn’t come and leave disappointed

I hope management takes this feedback seriously so customers don’t leave hungry and frustrated after a long day.“
