I come here almost every Sunday, for the chicken teriyaki sub of the day deal. I have to say this franchisee is good compared to others. They take coupons and participate in all promotions that are offered. They always have 2 staff working so even in busy times, it is constantly moving. The only thing I would recommend is that the sandwich artists take a bit more care when making the sub. It feels butchered and messy at times sometimes. I usually don’t put reviews but I had to today. I was there with my friend in the evening today and a guy was abusing the employees, he was shouting at them and using curse words. The girls working there were still talking politely to him.
It is unfortunate how some people take food court workers for granted and release their frustration on them.
I come here often and the girls are always polite and nice to talk to. More power to them to deal with these kind of people.
