I had a very disappointing experience with my order. The bread was extremely hard and difficult to chew. I selected the extra sauce, but my sub barely had any sauce at all—not even the regular amount.
Because the bread was so hard and was poorly prepared, I ended up throwing it away. It was a complete waste of food and very disappointing.

I visited around 10:40 PM today. The food was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. The girl who took our order did not smile, did not greet us, and did not suggest any menu items or combos. She seemed to serve us like a robot, without any friendliness or interaction. A simple smile and a welcoming attitude would make the customer experience much better.
I came to pick up the order at 2:40 AM. Please speak respectfully and avoid using an attitude. I was spoken to rudely even though I did nothing wrong.”
