In early February I had an issue at this location with my order. Called it in to guest services / customer service and been going on a month before I called the store myself. Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. This is a about issue that happened the beginning of February ordered some wings and it was not satisfactory totally not what I ordered called in guest services to deal with the customer service part of it they were disappointing in the way it was handled it took a month to finally get a resolved after back and forth emails to guest services requesting customer service manager for Swiss chalet respond to my incident no return calls or emails just that they were looking into it....read full review
I had a good time and I enjoyed today at Swiss Chalet because Dorothy was professional server . Definitely I will come back.
