Baskin Robbins in Toronto

“Amazing experience at Baskin Robbins! The ice cream was fresh, flavorful, and served perfectly. Manav was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. He recommended some great flavors and made us feel very welcome. Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere!“

“Baskin Robbins on the Danforth is always a treat! The ice cream is delicious with so many flavors to choose from, and the staff are super friendly and patient while you decide. The shop is clean, service is quick, and it’s the perfect spot for a sweet stop on a hot day.“

“I would like to thank the staff at this BR in peticular! They made a gorgeous, delicious Pralines n Cream ice cream cake ? for my Mom's Birthday Celebration yesterday. It had sparkles and chocolate trim and was delicious! Thanks again! Best BR location in town, by far!!!“

“I love this location always so nice, generous scoops,
They have 2 options for people not able to have added sugar, i get the pineapple, coconut, with chopped almonds, never spikes my blood. Other ice-cream places don't have the no added sugar free options, making baskin Robbins my favorite ice-cream place in the world.“

“Ty SO much Amber! I love my photo cake. Hope you see this! You made me super happy. 🙏

It’s become our annual tradition. Amber has made my family’s occasion cakes for the last few years. Being gluten free ice cream cakes are the perfect option! I’ve loved every one of her creations and this year’s B-Day cake is my absolute favourite 😍.“

“Always a Great Treat!
Stopped by for a quick treat, and the service was wonderful! The staff was super friendly, patient while we sampled a couple of flavors, and served everything up quickly. The shop was clean, and the ice cream was fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong with classic Mint Chocolate Chip or Pralines 'n Cream. We’ll definitely be back“

“Great spot for a summer treat! This Baskin Robbins gets busy when the weather’s nice, but the service is always solid. There's a little patio out front where you can hang out and enjoy your scoop. Highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake flavor—so good.“

“I stopped by yesterday, and the wonderful employee was so sweet, attentive, polite, and welcoming. She quickly came over to say hi with a big smile and told us once we're ready to let her know.
She gave my daughter time to choose which ice cream flavor she wanted, and she was the sweetest throughout the transcation!! I wish I got her name, but she was the most wonderful employee I came across at the mall yesterday!
Thank you so much for your sweet, polite, and friendly service!! 🤗🤗🤗“

“I ordered an ice cream cake for my bf’s birthday and originally scheduled the pickup for 4pm on Nov 6, but my plans suddenly changed and I asked if I could pick it up earlier. It was a very last-minute and difficult request, but the store staff and the cake designer were incredibly kind and accommodating. They managed to rush the order, and the cake still turned out beautiful and high quality. Really appreciate their help and amazing service!“

“Great location, great service - however, I’ve gone to get ice cream multiple times recently (where I’ve checked the hours of operation here on google) and it’s been closed. Perhaps update the hours to reflect when you’re open and closed? Would be greatly appreciated. We all need out BR fix“

“A custom ice cream cake with Oreo cookies was ordered for a son's birthday, and it was a complete success! The cake was a massive hit with both the children and adults at the party. It was the perfect dessert, and everyone raved about its deliciousness. Gratitude is expressed to Gursharan for crafting such a wonderful cake.“

“I don't typically buy ice cream on a frequent basis, but I got a tub of Jamoca almond fudge. Of course it's pricier than the tubs at the nearby Walmart or Real Canadian Superstore, but that's the business of a specialized scoop shop. Not busy, so this order was made quickly without any of the problems described by other reviewers.“
