“I love Baskin Robbin’s pralines and cream ice cream and I always buy it and nothing else. I’ve noticed that in the past couple of years, maybe longer, that the pre-packed versions of pralines and cream barely has any caramel and the pralines are just crumbs now. This is not the fault of this location. I’ve emailed Baskin Robbin’s about this and am still waiting for an answer. I now buy a container hand packed by the servers. It costs more but the quality is much better. But because it’s more expensive, I come less often.“

“I stopped by yesterday, and the wonderful employee was so sweet, attentive, polite, and welcoming. She quickly came over to say hi with a big smile and told us once we're ready to let her know.
She gave my daughter time to choose which ice cream flavor she wanted, and she was the sweetest throughout the transcation!! I wish I got her name, but she was the most wonderful employee I came across at the mall yesterday!

“I ordered an ice cream cake for my bf’s birthday and originally scheduled the pickup for 4pm on Nov 6, but my plans suddenly changed and I asked if I could pick it up earlier. It was a very last-minute and difficult request, but the store staff and the cake designer were incredibly kind and accommodating. They managed to rush the order, and the cake still turned out beautiful and high quality. Really appreciate their help and amazing service!“

“Great location, great service - however, I’ve gone to get ice cream multiple times recently (where I’ve checked the hours of operation here on google) and it’s been closed. Perhaps update the hours to reflect when you’re open and closed? Would be greatly appreciated. We all need out BR fix“

“had a great experience, were very accommodating even though they were dealing with very rude customers. A tall man and his family (wife & kids) found it appropriate to harass the scoopers while I was about to order. He kept bullying one of the ladies and called her names, but even though she experience this she still delivered my ice cream with a smile and accurately, I feel sorry for the workers because of some of the customers that this location especially deals with. Can’t believe he even mentioned it was a free country so that means he could call her names. What a disgrace. That’s the example you set for your children smh😭.
